Service Agreement — Elevate Digital Co

1. What's Included

• Full website rebuild — mobile-responsive, built to convert visitors into leads
• AI-powered chatbot/voice assistant integrated into the site, answering questions and capturing leads automatically
• Lead capture and notification system delivering details straight to you
• Initial setup and configuration of all of the above

Anything outside this scope (extra pages, major redesigns, new integrations after launch) will be quoted separately and agreed to in writing first.

2. Fees & Payment

• $997 one-time setup fee, due at signup, before work begins
• First month of monitoring and support included free
• $397/month beginning month two, billed monthly
• Month-to-month — no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice (email is fine)
• The $997 setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law

3. What's Included in the Monthly Retainer

• Ongoing monitoring of the site and AI assistant
• Minor content updates and adjustments
• Chatbot response tuning based on real interactions
• Monthly summary of leads and site activity
• Direct access for questions or issues

4. Ownership

Once the setup fee is paid in full, you own the final website and its content. Elevate Digital Co retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, and AI configuration methods, and may reuse general (non-client-specific) components for other clients.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure everything functions as described, but don't guarantee specific business outcomes like lead volume or revenue increases. Total liability is limited to what you've paid in the preceding 3 months.

6. Termination

Either party can end this agreement with 30 days' written notice. You keep the website as delivered; ongoing monitoring and support end at the notice period.
